| street or mostly track? If mostly street, I wouldn't recommend the solid bushings personally. On mine I went from stock bushings + SZ spacers directly to solid aluminum bushings. The increase in drivetrain noise as a result was substantial, and I kinda regret it to be honest. If I could have a do-over, I would've tried the ES polyurethane bushings as an intermediate step to see how they were first. If however you are intending on building a track-duty car, then who cares about noise. But given you are powdercoating undercarriage parts, I kinda doubt you are building a track-only car.
